Esenbek Aliev has a variety of work experience in the technology industry. Esenbek started their career at SYNNEX as a Software/Hardware Tester in 2011, where they were responsible for product validation and verification of hardware. Esenbek analyzed products for manufacturing defects and resolved hardware issues in coordination with development engineers. Esenbek also prepared and submitted reports on testing procedures and ensured compliance with electrical safety procedures.

In 2011, Esenbek joined Gaia Interactive as a Software QA and Community Research Engineer, where they worked until 2012.

From 2012 to 2016, Esenbek worked at Midverse Studios as a QA Engineer and Product Development specialist.

In 2015, Esenbek joined THETA.tv as a VR eSports // Senior QA and Community Engineer. Esenbek then took on the role of Release Manager in 2018 and later became a DevOps Specialist in 2019.

Esenbek's most recent position is at Theta Labs, Inc., where they have been a Senior QA and Community Engineer since June 2017.

Esenbek Aliev has a diverse education history. In 2004, they began their undergraduate studies at the International University of Kyrgyzstan, graduating in 2008 with a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, and Banking system. In 2010, they enrolled at De Anza College and studied MacroEconomics for a year. In 2011, they attended Portnov Computer School, focusing on Quality Assurance. The following year, in 2012, Esenbek attended UCSC Silicon Valley, where they pursued Engineering & Technology studies for a year as well. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the "AWS Fundamentals: Going Cloud-Native" certificate from Coursera in November 2019.
