Bailey Danseglio started as a Launch Operator in 2018 at Hempstead Harbour Club Inc. In 2019, they worked as a Sailing Instructor at The WaterFront Center. In April 2021, they became the Chief Executive Officer at Theta Data, where they developed a technology to compress market data, designed efficient networks and managed exchange compliance.

Bailey Danseglio received a High School Diploma from North Shore Senior High School in 2018. In 2020, Bailey began attending Stony Brook University and pursued studies in Physics & Computer Science until 2021. No degree was specified for the latter experience.
