Nicholas Tomczak serves as the Senior Vice President of Operations and Post Merger Integration at The Stepping Stones Group, LLC, a diverse family of brands in the healthcare sector, since May 2010. Prior to this role, Nicholas held positions including Director of Recruiting at The Midtown Group and Recruiting Manager for Banking & Financial Services at Michael Page. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Recruiting and Sales at ICI Staffing. Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Western Michigan University - Haworth College of Business, earned between 1999 and 2003.
