Hessam Zahedi is the Director of Information Technology Operations at The Stepping Stones Group, LLC, where focus is on leveraging new technologies and IT cloud and infrastructure to enhance business strategies and support transformative initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as the Information Technology Infrastructure Manager at Merck, specializing in IT systems, cloud, and cybersecurity. As an independent contractor from 2015 to 2020, Hessam provided fractional IT leadership, assisting in IT strategy development and governance for various organizations. Previously, roles included Senior Network Engineer at Arad International Engineering Company and Senior Network Administrator at System Avaran International Co, demonstrating extensive expertise in network administration, security, and system optimization across diverse environments.
