Christina Favela has extensive experience in career services, currently serving as the Lead Retention Career Service Manager at The Stepping Stones Group, LLC since September 2021. Christina has held multiple roles within the organization, including Career Service Manager, Jr. Career Service Manager, and Career Services Coordinator. Prior to this, Christina worked as a Lead Teacher at Biggs Army Airfield - East Fort Bliss from June 2016 to May 2018. Christina holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Elmhurst University and an Associate of Science in Biology from El Paso Community College.
