Currently Abigail directs an umbrella strategy team comprised of the Creative Strategy, Creative Effectiveness and Branded Content teams. Her aim is to leverage data to provide the clients with the most in depth understanding of the user in the digital space and translate these human and creative insights into strong strategies for creative and content development.
Abigail manages Google teams that inspire brands to be more progressive in the digital space. Her degree in Social Anthropology from Harvard University has provided her with the tools to examine culture, business, and technology, so she can help organizations better understand their collective impact on society and culture.
She developed a discipline for a team of senior strategists inside Google’s ZOO – a global, creative think tank partnering with agencies and C-level marketers. Abigail and her team have developed strategic and creative brand solutions for the digital space for global brands such as Toyota, L’Oreal, and Nike. She is a sought-after speaker for organizations, including SXSW, Columbia University, Yale University, TED Talks, Google Think, and Cannes events. Abigail has been featured and quoted in publications including Business Insider, Huffington Post, and The Economist. Abigail and TheSocialArchitects founder, Donnetta Campbell, frequently teach a popular workshop called “Decoding Social” together.
