Jessie France has worked in a variety of roles since 2004. Jessie began their career as a Customer Service Representative at American Family Insurance. In 2009, they took on the role of General Manager at Yarn Garage. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as a Resource Manager at The Nerdery. Jessie then moved on to become the Operations and Communications Manager at Highpoint Center for Printmaking. In 2019, they became a Resource Manager at Aeritae. In 2020, they began working at Least Authority, where they have held the roles of Associate Director of Security Consulting, Security Consulting Program Manager, and Security Consulting Project Manager. Jessie is currently the Director of Operations at Thesis.

Jessie France attended the University of Minnesota-Morris from 1999 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Fine and Studio Arts.
