Cass Puls has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. They began their career as a Teaching Assistant at Teachers College, Columbia University in 2015. From there, they worked as a Global Classroom Educator at Level Up Village and as an Education Intern and later an Education Consultant at the International Rescue Committee.

In 2014, Cass joined PASS, LLC Global Strategic Consultancy as an Associate Consultant, focusing on research. They stayed with the company until 2017, during which time they also worked as an Assistant Research Scientist at New York University.

In 2016, Cass returned to the International Rescue Committee, this time as a Research Manager. They also held the role of Team Operations Lead at Crypto Research & Design Lab from 2022 to 2023.

Starting in 2018, Cass served as a Research Advisor at the Women's Refugee Commission, where they remained until 2021. In 2022, they took on the position of Senior Project and Operations Manager at Saddle, where they were responsible for various tasks such as coordination, people ops, product development, and operations and strategy.

Currently, Cass holds the title of Senior Project Manager - Studio Operations at Thesis*, a position they started in 2023.

Cass Puls has a strong educational background, with a focus on linguistics and international educational development. They obtained a Master's Degree in International Educational Development from Teachers College, Columbia University in the year 2015. Prior to that, Cass completed their undergraduate studies at Georgetown University, where they received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Linguistics in the year 2012. In their high school years, Cass attended Wayland Academy and graduated with a High School Diploma in the year 2008, with a field of study in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities.

In addition to their formal education, Cass Puls has obtained advanced fluency levels in both Spanish and Turkish through the Duolingo language learning platform. The specific dates of obtaining these fluency certifications are not provided.
