Yan Perreault has extensive experience in business law, serving as Associé - Directeur for Therrien Couture Joli-Coeur since January 2014, with expertise in business sales and acquisitions, corporate and tax reorganization, real estate law, commercial contracts, financing, and shareholder disputes. In addition, Yan Perreault has been a Lecturer at Université de Sherbrooke since August 2016, teaching law courses and serving in engineering programs, and previously held teaching positions at Séminaire de Sherbrooke and Université de Sherbrooke. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from École du Barreau and an MBA, alongside a Bachelor of Laws.
