Chad Coudron began their work experience in 1997 at BCS Automotive Interface Solutions, where they held the positions of Technical Specialist and Technical Project Lead. Chad worked at BCS until April 2023. In June 2023, they joined Thern, Inc. as an Engineering Manager, where they are currently employed.

Chad Coudron attended South Dakota State University from 1992 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
