Tonia Shump currently serves as the Executive Assistant to the Co-Founder and CEO of ThermoWorks, Inc. since February 2022, where responsibilities include providing high-level support and facilitating smooth operations in collaboration with senior executives. Tonia has prior experience as a Realtor with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties from September 2018 to March 2022. Additionally, Tonia held the position of President and CEO at Focus Property Management from May 2010 to March 2022. Tonia also contributed as a Marketing Manager at The Children's Center Utah for a contract period from September 2021 to February 2022, which included covering for another role under FMLA.
