Michael McArthur

Michael McArthur has over 25 years of professional work experience. Michael began their career in 1995 as a Trainer and Hardware Technician for NACT Solutions, LLC. In 2007, they joined Code Corporation as a Senior Test Technician, where they were responsible for maintaining and improving the product release process for more than 15 products. This included maintaining regression test procedures, using both white box and black box testing methodologies, and devising ad hoc test procedures to verify new features. In 2015, they joined Jive Communications, Inc. as an Escalation Management Technician. Currently, they are a Technical Support employee at ThermoWorks, Inc.

Michael McArthur obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) in General Studies from Utah Valley University from 1996-1997. Michael also obtained an AAS in Electronics from UVSC.
