Rolf Hochstrasser has held various roles in top companies within the technology industry, including being the Head of R&D at Thermoplan AG. Prior to this, Rolf worked as a Project Manager at ESSEMTEC, where Rolf was instrumental in the development of a new SMD Pick & Place platform. Additionally, Rolf has experience as a Technical Manager at Oerlikon Esec Singapore and as a Product Manager at ESEC SA Switzerland. Throughout their career, Rolf has demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in introducing new technologies and increasing productivity.
