Mike Socha has over 27 years of experience at Thermon, Inc., currently serving as Lead Designer since September 2009. In this role, Mike executes heat tracing systems tailored to customer specifications, collaborating with Project Managers to maximize client satisfaction and profitability. Prior to this position, Mike worked as a Mechanical Projects Design Lead from 2000 to 2009, where responsibilities included estimating and designing mechanical heat trace projects and managing billing processes. Mike began career as an Insulation Estimator from 1996 to 2000, focusing on cost estimates for industrial insulation projects and developing actionable plans based on project specifications.
