Vijaya Swapna possesses extensive experience in software engineering and bioinformatics, having held multiple leadership roles at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where titles included Senior Manager and Software Engineering Manager. Previous positions include Staff Engineer and Bioinformatics Analyst at Genome Life Sciences, along with Team Leader in Life Sciences at UVJ Technologies Pvt Ltd, and Scientist at BIOBASE DATABASES INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED. Early career involvement included a role as Trainee Scientist at Jubilant Biosys. Academically, Vijaya Swapna is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Psychology at Jain (Deemed-to-be University), with an Executive Program in Business Analytics from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, completed in 2018.
