Owen Herbert has over fifteen years of experience in Human Resources. Owen is currently the HR Director at Thermo Fisher Scientific. Prior to that, they were the HR Lead at Bristol-Myers Squibb, centralising Business/Financial Services, HR Services, IS and Procurement to create a new EMEA shared service centre. Owen has also held HR positions at BT and sanofi-aventis. In their most recent role at Ford Motor Company, they were responsible for employee relations.
