Dr. Brit Meier is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in research and development, engineering, and business management within the technology and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as VP of R&D at Thermo Fisher Scientific since March 2021, Dr. Meier previously held the position of Senior Director of Engineering at FEI Company, also part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, from July 2013 to March 2021. Prior roles include Senior Director of Value Engineering at Philips Healthcare and various leadership positions at LG Philips Displays and Philips Display Components. Dr. Meier holds a PhD in Chemistry from Leipzig University and has completed advanced studies at ESSEC Business School.
