Carolin Freidel is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate and commercial law. Currently serving as Senior Director, Corporate Counsel for RSD Europe at Thermo Fisher Scientific since May 2021, Freidel previously held the position of Vice President Legal & Compliance at MicroPort CRM from May 2018 to May 2021. Prior roles include Senior Legal Counsel at LivaNova, Legal Director at Cimpress, and Legal Counsel at Fujitsu Technology Solutions, focusing on commercial law, corporate law, and M&A. Freidel began their career as an Attorney at Law with P+P Pöllath + Partners and gained initial experience as a Research Associate at White & Case LLP.
