Roksana Ciurysek-Gedir, CFA, currently serves as the Chair of the Advisory Board for Therme Art and as the Managing Director at Therme Group, a leader in inclusive urban wellbeing. Roksana is also a board member at Superblue, a member of YPO, and an advisor/shareholder at Synerise. As the founder of PossibleX, Roksana integrates art, technology, and finance to promote social impact, while also holding the position of Artist in Residence at Fabergé, focusing on luxury, contemporary art, and sustainability. Roksana has been recognized as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum and has chaired the Impact Advisory Board at White Oak Global Advisors. Previous experience includes serving as the President of Pekao International at Bank Pekao. Roksana holds a Master's degree in Management and Economics from Gdańsk University of Technology, complemented by executive education from prestigious institutions such as the University of Oxford and Stanford University.
