Prashant Tathe has been with Thermax Limited since August 2007, currently holding the position of Associate Manager-Sourcing, Vendor Development & Sustainability. Prior to that, Prashant worked at ThyssenKrupp from July 2006 to July 2007 as an Engineer in Manufacturing. Prashant holds a Bachelor's degree from COEP Technological University, an Executive PGDBM in Business Administration and General Management from SYMBIOSIS INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY, and completed HSC from K B P College in Pandharpur.
