Mugdha Ghosh currently serves as a Service Engineer at Thermax Limited since March 2023, following a role as Assistant Engineer at NR Group from March 2022 to March 2023. Previously, Mugdha Ghosh worked as a Junior Executive at Evince Group from October 2018 to February 2022 and completed an Engineer Internship at Comfort Power Technology Ltd. in mid-2018. Mugdha Ghosh holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Anwer Khan Modern University and a Diploma in Engineering in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning from Dhaka Polytechnic Institute, where studies were completed from 2014 to 2018. Education was commenced at Manikganj Govt. High School.
