Todd Hoel has over 30 years of experience in operations and management, primarily at Therma-Stor since 1990, where roles have included Materials Manager, Plant Manager, and Director of Operations. Responsibilities have encompassed managing plant operations, including purchasing, production control, safety, and quality management. Prior to Therma-Stor, Todd worked at Royster-Clark as a Loader and served in the US Army as an Infantryman, achieving multiple accolades. Educational qualifications include a Basic Management Certificate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and training from various organizations, emphasizing leadership and safety in manufacturing processes.
