Mikhail Sagal has extensive experience in the engineering and lighting industries, currently serving as President of TSRgrow since September 2016, focusing on advanced grow lighting solutions and comprehensive environmental management systems. Additionally, Mikhail has been President of Thermal Solution Resources, LLC since July 2009, specializing in LED thermal management and integration services. Previous roles include Engineering Manager at Cool Polymers, Inc. from September 2000 to January 2009 and Project Engineer at Chip Coolers, Inc. from 1997 to 2000, where Mikhail contributed to the design of heat sinks and thermal solutions for electronics. Mikhail holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University, completed between 1992 and 1996.
