Sherwin Franco is an IT Support professional with extensive experience in technology and operations management. Since October 2016, Sherwin has been contributing to Therm-x, providing comprehensive IT support. Prior to this role, Sherwin served as Operations Supervisor at California State University, East Bay from November 2013 to July 2016, where responsibilities included managing the University Unions and organizing event layouts for customers.
