Renae started their career as a realtor with Huff Realty. After six successful years in real estate, they transitioned to the advertising world with Advent Media Group. As an Advertising Executive, they helped businesses of all sizes create and execute effective marketing campaigns. After four years, they were ready for a new challenge and became the President of CLERITI, a software company specializing in e-commerce solutions. Renae successfully grew the company for four years before selling it to EverCommerce in 2016.
At EverCommerce, Renae served as the Director of Marketing for Health Services. Renae oversaw all marketing initiatives and led a team of marketing professionals. Renae helped the company grow significantly during their two-year tenure. In 2018, they left EverCommerce to start their own company, CONV3RTED. CONV3RTED is a marketing agency that helps businesses with their digital marketing needs. Renae is the CEO and Founder of CONV3RTED and has grown the company significantly in just a few short years.
In their current role at Therapy Brands, Renae is responsible for defining the go-to-market strategy and expansion plans for the company. Renae works closely with the sales and customer happiness teams to create messaging that resonates with customers and leads at all stages of the buyer and user journey. Additionally, they partner with the product team to develop actionable insights around feature implementation and adoption. Renae also manages the demand generation focused marketing team to execute revenue-focused campaigns for Therapy Brands’ brands.
