Marc Anderson's work experience includes positions at various companies. Marc started at FTSI - Financial Technology Solutions International in 2009, where they worked as a Communications Center Manager. In this role, Marc was responsible for call center operations and ran monthly reports for customers and the accounting department. Marc also provided IT support and assisted with network and server maintenance.

Marc then joined CodeMetro, Inc. in 2016 as an IT Technician. Marc later transitioned to the role of IT Support Specialist, where they continued to provide technical support and assistance. In 2018, Marc became a Junior System Administrator at CodeMetro, Inc., and in 2019, they were promoted to Senior System Administrator.

Most recently, Marc worked at Therapy Brands, starting in 2020. Marc began as a Senior System Engineer and later became a CloudOps Engineer in 2022.

Overall, Marc has gained a range of experience in IT support, system administration, and cloud operations throughout their career.

Marc Anderson obtained their high school diploma from Monrovia High School in the period from 1998 to 2002, with a focus on general studies. Marc then pursued higher education at Mt Sierra College, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from 2010 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, Marc has also acquired several certifications throughout their career. Marc obtained the CompTIA A+ ce certification from CompTIA in August 2016, and the CCENT certification from Cisco in October 2017. Recently, they obtained the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in February 2022, and the AWS SysOps Administrator - Associate certification from AWS in December 2022.
