Ryan Pliner has worked in the entertainment industry since 1999. Ryan began their career at IAC as an Assistant Manager of Investor Relations. In 2004, they moved to Focus Features as Manager of International Film Distribution and Coordinator of Domestic Theatrical Distribution. From 2013 to 2020, they were the Director of Operations at Terry Steiner International, where they led the operations department in releasing a monthly slate of 10-15 feature films and documentaries for non-theatrical distribution. Currently, they are an Account Manager at TherapyNotes, LLC.

Ryan Pliner attended the NYU Stern School of Business from 1993 to 1997, graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance.
