Nicholas Cipriano has over fifteen years of work experience in software engineering, computer science, and web development. Nicholas began their career in 2006 as a Web Developer at The Meet Group. In 2007, they became a Software Engineer at Collins Aerospace. From 2009 to 2010, they were a Sr. Systems Engineer at DXC Technology. From 2010 to 2014, they were a Software Engineer at Quintiq, and then a Software Development Manager and Sr. Software Engineer at QSI | NextGen Healthcare from 2014 to 2020. Nicholas is currently a Software Engineering Manager at L3Harris Technologies, and will be transitioning to a Software Development Manager at TherapyNotes, LLC in 2022.

Nicholas Cipriano completed their Master in Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus between 2009 and 2011. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Temple University between 2002 and 2006. Nicholas also holds two certifications, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance obtained in May 2019, and AWS Certified Developer - Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) obtained in April 2019.
