Jamal Crawley has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Jamal started their career in 2018 as a Customer Service Representative at American Customer Care, where they worked until December 2019. In 2020, they joined Sub-Zero Group, Inc. as an Information Technology Quality Assurance Analyst, and later transitioned to the role of Application Developer from January to July 2021. Jamal then joined Change Healthcare in July 2021 as a Software Engineer II, where they worked until April 2023. Currently, they are working as a QA Engineer at TherapyNotes, LLC, starting from April 2023.

Jamal Crawley completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. Jamal attended the university from 2015 to 2020. Furthermore, they obtained additional certifications such as "AWS for Developers: Identity Access Management (IAM)" from LinkedIn in July 2022, "AWS Administration: Security Fundamentals" from LinkedIn in September 2021, and "AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner" from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in October 2022.
