Sarah Murray is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Head of People Operations at Thérapie Clinic since June 2023, following a tenure as Senior People Partner. Prior experience includes working as an HR Business Partner at Brown Thomas Arnotts from September 2017 to June 2023, where responsibilities included delivering HR services aligned with business needs and managing recruitment for head office and retail roles. Prior to this, Sarah held various HR roles at Arnotts, including HR Administrator and HR Shared Services, and began their career in human resources as a Recruitment Intern at Cpl Jobs Ireland.
