Gizem Temiz, PhD has a diverse work experience in the field of neuroscience and medical research. Gizem is currently working as a Clinical Analyst at TheraPanacea, starting in September 2022. Prior to this, they were a Postdoctoral Researcher at Institut du Cerveau – Paris Brain Institute from January 2022 to September 2022.

Gizem also had a Research Internship at the same institute from February 2017 to August 2017.
Gizem's earlier experience includes an Engineering Internship at Institut de la Vision from February 2016 to July 2016. Gizem also worked as an Online Physics&Math tutor at inekle from December 2012 to June 2013.
Gizem Temiz, PhD, has a strong educational background in the field of neuroscience and neuroimaging. Gizem earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Yildiz Technical University, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. Gizem then pursued a Master of Science degree in Medical Engineering at Sorbonne University from 2014 to 2016. Continuing their academic journey, Gizem completed their Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Neuroscience & Neuroimaging at Sorbonne University from 2018 to 2021.

In 2017, they obtained certifications in Convolutional Neural Networks, Improving Deep Neural Networks: Hyperparameter tuning, Regularization and Optimization, and Neural Networks and Deep Learning, all from Coursera.
