Paweł Gąsior is a highly experienced professional in the field of manufacturing, science, and technology, currently serving as Senior Manager at Theramex since July 2021. In this role, Paweł coordinates and executes technical projects at global Contract Development and Manufacturing Organisations (CDMOs), ensuring compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements. Previous positions include Strategic Business Development Manager and Business Development Manager at EuroPharma Alliance, where Paweł managed large client projects, acquired strategic clients, and optimized business processes. Prior experience also includes roles at eubioco, where responsibilities ranged from coordinating project teams to managing technology transfers, and at Laboratorium Galenowe Olsztyn as Qualified Person for Pharmacovigilance. Paweł holds a Master’s degree in Pharmaceutics from Gdański Uniwersytet Medyczny and post-graduate studies in Project Management from Kotarbiński University.
