Jay Hammer has held various leadership positions throughout their career. Jay started as a Buyer and Store Manager at Macy's in 1979 and then moved on to work as a Regional Manager and Strategic Planner at Gap from 1990 to 1996. Following that, they served as the Director of Stores and Corporate Secretary at Urban Outfitters from 1997 to 1999. In 1999, Jay became the CEO of Comfort Living until 2001. Since 2002, they have been the CEO and President of Theralogix.
Jay Hammer's education history begins in 1974 when they enrolled at the University of Chicago. Jay completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree at this institution, although the field of study is not specified. Afterwards, in 1976, they pursued further education at The Johns Hopkins University as a Candidate for a PhD in English Language and Literature/Letters.
