Shivam Gupta has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Shivam is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at ThePetNest since December 2022. Prior to this, they worked at WazirX: Bitcoin & Cryptocurrency Exchange in India as a Software Development Engineer IV from June 2021 to November 2022.

Before joining WazirX, Shivam held a position at Go Group as a Principal Software Engineer. Shivam'sresponsibilities included architecting and building scalable cloud communication centers using Twilio products, developing custom features for improved customer-agent communication, and designing data models for data-driven decision-making. Shivam held this role from October 2020 to June 2021. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Software Engineer at the same company from November 2019 to October 2020.

Shivam also has experience as a Software Engineer at Homebell, where they contributed to backend development, server setup, and performance monitoring from January 2017 to November 2019. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Software Developer at AudioCompass, focusing on backend development and optimization of code performance from August 2015 to December 2016. Shivam started their professional journey as an Intern at Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) in May 2014.
