Theo Mourad is a co-founder and co-CEO of THEO's Plant-Based. Prior to this, Theo gained experience as a cook at Blue Hill at Stone Barns and The Lunch Room, where they prepared dishes using locally-sourced sustainable ingredients. Theo also worked as a farmhand at Skinny Farm of Scio, utilizing regenerative organic biodynamic farming practices. In addition, Theo has volunteered at Food Gatherers, conducted research as a research assistant at the University of Michigan, taught as an AmeriCorps VISTA Teacher, and worked as a cook at Satchel's. Theo holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, Community Action, & Social Change from the University of Michigan.
