Nicole Bradick is the Founder and CEO of Theory and Principle, a global legal and justice technology product design and development agency, since January 2018. Bradick also serves as an advisor for LEGA and Paladin while previously holding the position of Partner and Chief Strategy Officer at CuroLegal from January 2015 to December 2017. Prior to this, Bradick founded Custom Counsel, a freelance legal network acquired by CuroLegal in 2015, and worked as Director of Strategic Initiatives and Development at Potomac Law Group from 2013 to 2015. Earlier career experience includes roles as an attorney at Murray Plumb & Murray, focusing on civil rights litigation, and as a law clerk for the Honorable James B. Haines, Jr. at the United States Bankruptcy Court.
