Allan M. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Allan currently serves as the Head Of Technical Operations at Theorem since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Palantir Technologies as a Technical Support Lead from August 2019 to March 2022 and as a Support Engineer from April 2018 to August 2019. Before joining Palantir, Allan worked at Birchbox as an IT Manager from March 2013 to April 2018, overseeing multiple projects in user support, networking, systems infrastructure, and IT procurement. Allan also has experience at UNOPS as a Facilities/ICT Help Desk Assistant from August 2010 to December 2012, providing help desk support and technical assistance for network and computer systems. Furthermore, Allan worked as a Field Technician at My Macdaddy LLC from August 2008 to August 2010, providing technical support for Macintosh computers, both in-home and remotely. Prior to that, they held managerial and technical support roles at Bobo, an upscale restaurant in the West Village, from 2008 to 2010. Additionally, they worked as an actor at Prospect Theater Company in 2008.

Allan M. attended the University at Buffalo from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Musical Theatre.
