Sally Frost's work experience begins in 2012 when they worked as a Summer Vacation Worker for Syngenta, gaining basic laboratory skills and experience processing samples. Sally continued as a Vacation Worker for Syngenta in 2013.
In 2014, they worked as a Summer Research Project participant at the University of Southampton.
From 2015 to 2016, Sally worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Oxford, focusing on Influenza, including cloning, protein purification, and tissue culture. Sally also worked as a Laboratory Demonstrator during this time and extended their role as a Postgraduate Research Assistant, specializing in the live tissue facility.

Starting in 2020, Sally joined Theolytics as a consultant, regularly blood letting for the company. Sally then progressed to become a Scientist I and later Scientist II in Cancer Biology Therapeutic Development. As of 2023, they hold the position of Senior Scientist at Theolytics.

Sally Frost began their education at North Hykeham Joint Sixth Form from 2009 to 2011, where they focused on Sciences and Maths & Statistics. Sally then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree at the University of Southampton from 2011 to 2015, majoring in Natural Sciences. Following their undergraduate studies, Sally attended the University of Oxford from 2016 to 2020, where they obtained a DPhil in Oncology. In addition to their formal education, Sally obtained a certification in Introduction to Phlebotomy from Geopace in July 2017.
