Previously, Rhys managed significant events at TRM Productions Ltd as the founder and director, including international rugby events and the creation of Castlefest UK. Rhys also held roles at Marisa Peer Method and SANS Institute, focusing on high-profile event planning and execution. Rhys holds a Bachelor's degree in Music from Cardiff University.
