Sonal Singhal has a strong work experience in the field of business analysis. Sonal is currently serving as a Team Lead - Business Analysis at Thentia since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Sobeys as a Senior Business Analyst from March 2021 to April 2022. Sonal also has a significant tenure at Tata Consultancy Services, where they worked as a Business Analyst from August 2012 to October 2020, and later as an Interaction Designer from October 2017 to September 2020.

Sonal Singhal completed an MBA from IBS Hyderabad from 2010-2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Technology degree from APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University from 2006-2010. In terms of additional certifications, Sonal Singhal obtained the Professional Scrum Master certification from Scrum.org in February 2022 and the AHM 250 certification from AHIP in May 2016.
