Shauna Cole has a diverse work history with experience in project management, program management, vendor management, and customer service. Earlier in their career, Shauna worked at NIC Inc. as a Customer Service Manager and Application and Partner Relations Specialist. In these roles, they played a key role in developing customer service policies, managing partner relationships, and serving as a liaison between the development and management teams.
