Vinumon S has extensive experience in leadership and management roles across various companies, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Thence since founding the company in 2012. Vinumon holds the position of Managing Director at TalUp since January 2022 and was previously a Co-Founder at Mphasis, where from 2011 to 2015, responsibilities included managing data analytics and program management as part of the Future Leadership Program. Prior experience includes a summer internship at Redbus, contributing to operational efficiency, and serving as a Software Engineer at Infosys Technologies Ltd, where leadership of the Quality Assurance team was essential for mainframe banking applications for JP Morgan Chase. Vinumon holds a PGDM in General Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a B Tech in Electronics & Communication from Marian Engineering College, Trivandrum.
