Melissa Shaw is a seasoned legal education professional with extensive experience in bar review and academic support. Currently serving as Senior Director for Themis Bar Review, Melissa develops and executes sales strategies across multiple states, focusing on market analysis and brand positioning. Previously, Melissa held the position of LLM Academic Support Director and Law Professor at the University of Washington School of Law, where responsibilities included creating a bar review course tailored for LLM students and enhancing their preparation for bar exams in select states. Prior experience includes serving as Regional Vice President at BARBRI Inc., where Melissa played a key role in recruiting and training law school professors for bar review courses. Melissa holds a J.D. in International Law and Legal Studies from Southwestern Law School and a BA from the University of Washington's Jackson School of International Studies.
