Neepa Patel has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Neepa is currently serving as the Founder and CEO of Themis since May 2021. Prior to this, they worked at R3 from November 2016 to January 2020, where they held the position of Chief Compliance Officer. Before that, they were associated with Deutsche Bank as the Vice President in Regulatory Projects for Corporate Finance and Global Markets from August 2014 to November 2016. Neepa also worked at Morgan Stanley as the Director of Bank Compliance from May 2011 to August 2015. Neepa began their career at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency as a Bank Regulator and Examiner from January 2005 to May 2011.
