Mitch Klepper has over 18 years of experience in retail operations, currently serving as the Director of Retail Operations at Theisen's Home Farm Auto since March 2012. Prior roles at Theisen's include Regional Manager, Store Manager, and Softlines/Hardlines Manager. Prior to this, Mitch worked at Blain's Farm & Fleet as an Assistant Store Manager from May 2009 to March 2012, and began the career as a Sales Associate at Theisen's from September 2005 to August 2008. Mitch holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management: Business Administration from the Wilson College of Business at the University of Northern Iowa, obtained between 2008 and 2010.
