Ajay Kumar has worked in the rental real estate industry since 2012. In 2015, they co-founded and served as the CEO of Cozee Homes, a managed home rental platform. During their four year tenure, they raised capital and saw the company to a successful acquisition by a large real estate brokerage. In 2019, they co-founded and served as the CEO of TheHouseMonk, a growth and management platform for the rental real estate industry. The software is an end to end solution that helps Property Managers and Landlords market their inventory, track bookings, manage their portfolio and give a great experience to their tenants. Prior to their entrepreneurial endeavors, Ajay worked as a Business Analyst at Mu Sigma from 2012-2015, where they helped MNCs make better business decisions by understanding their requirements, formulating hypotheses on how to solve their business problems and validating the same with data.

Ajay Kumar completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Civil Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Surat from 2008 to 2012. Ajay also attended PSBB.
