Celina Lau has a diverse work experience. Celina started their career at L'Occitane Australia as a Retail Assistant from October 2017 to January 2018. In 2019, they joined VCE Tuition Centre as a Tutor and also worked as an Administrative Assistant from February 2019 to February 2020. At the same time, they also worked as an Academic Tutor at the University of Melbourne from February 2019 to November 2019. Currently, they are a People Scientist at Hive HR since September 2021.

Celina Lau completed their Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the University of Melbourne from 2014 to 2018. Celina then went on to pursue a Master of Science in Organisational Psychiatry and Psychology at King's College London from 2020 to 2021.

In addition to their degrees, Celina obtained several certifications. In February 2020, they received the Graduate Basis for Chartered Membership from The British Psychological Society. Celina also became a Graduate Member of The British Psychological Society during the same month and year. Furthermore, they obtained the Accredited Mental Health First Aider certification from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Australia in February 2020.
