Felicity Ting has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Felicity started their career as a Teaching Assistant at Penn State University in 2012. In 2013, they gained experience as an Actuarial Intern at PING AN INSURANCE (GROUP) COMPANY OF CHINA, LTD. Felicity then joined Willis Towers Watson as an Analyst in 2014 and was later promoted to Senior Analyst in 2016. In 2018, they worked for Cigna as part of their Actuarial Executive Development Program. In 2019, Felicity joined TheGuarantors as a Risk Management & Analytics Associate and was eventually promoted to Risk Analytics Manager in 2020. Felicity is currently serving as the Director of Risk Analytics at TheGuarantors, a position they began in August 2021.

Felicity Ting pursued their education at Penn State University from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Actuarial Science. Following this, they attended Columbia University from 2017 to 2018, earning a Master of Science (MS) degree in Actuarial Science.
