Lauren Burger is an accomplished executive in talent partnerships and development, currently serving as Executive Director at The Foundry @ Dotdash Meredith since January 2019, with prior roles including Senior Director and Director of Talent and Influencer Marketing. Lauren's experience spans various organizations, including Optomen Television, Al Roker Entertainment, and GSN, where positions ranged from Senior Director of Development to Manager of Programming & Development. Starting a career at Lifetime Television as an Associate Producer, Lauren has cultivated expertise in creative development and talent marketing. Academically, Lauren holds a BA in English and American Literature from New York University and an MA in Creative Writing from Queens College.
