Nelson Sosa, P.E., is a Senior Structural Engineer at TEC, Inc. since October 2021, with extensive experience in the field of structural engineering. Prior to this role, Sosa worked as a Structural Engineer at Stantec from October 2015 to June 2021, where responsibilities included collaborating on highway and railroad bridge design for MassDOT and MBTA, as well as conducting field inspections and load ratings of various structures. Sosa began the engineering career as an Assistant Engineer II at Fay Spofford & Thorndike from August 2008 to October 2015 and completed internships at MassDOT in civil engineering during 2006 and 2007. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Structural Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
